Set in lush rainforest, Rowallan Park mountain bike trails are operated and maintained by MAD MTB. It is the premier XC mountain bike park in Mackay region.
After many rained-out attempts, I finally attended my first cross-country mountain bike race there.
This video is my first little jaunt around, checking trail condition, getting lost, and deliberating over which tyres to race on.
Tonight I'll be riding in the e-bike category on my 2023 Polygon Siskiu T7E but for this warmup lap I'm riding my one true love, the Ridley Sablo X01.
